Application Areas
- Water-resistant wood glues as per DIN EN 204 durability class D3/D4 (with isocyanides like SUDEX 09824).
- Bonding of laminate boards.
- Bonding of windows and doors.
- High-frequency bonding applications.
- Bonding lead/aluminum with chipboards or fiberboards (when combined with 10% SUDEX 09824).
- Suitable for paper adhesives.
Application Methods
- Apply using glue application devices, paint brushes, spatulas, or glue rollers.
- Ensure materials are dust, oil, and grease-free.
- Optimal Moisture Content: 8-12%.
- Processing Temperature: 18-20°C.
- Application Quantity: 130-180 g/m².
Pressing and Open Time
- Open Time: Do not press below +5°C.
- Press Power: 0.2-0.5 N/mm².
- Press Times:
- Joint Bonding (20°C): From 20 minutes.
- Surface Bonding (HPL, 20°C): From 35 minutes.
- Surface Bonding (HPL, 40°C): From 10 minutes.
- Surface Bonding (HPL, 60°C): From 6 minutes.
- Surface Bonding (HPL, 80°C): From 2 minutes.
Storage
- Shelf Life: Up to 12 months in factory-sealed containers or drums.
- Storage Temperature: Between 5°C and 25°C.
- Stir well before use after prolonged storage.
Roll It Off
- Cleaning: Clean application devices and machines with water immediately after use.
- Safety: Not classified as a hazardous substance under the current Dangerous Substance Regulations (GefStoffV). A safety data sheet is available on request.
