Application Areas:

Roll It Off:
- Coverage: The amount of adhesive required depends on the pipe dimensions. For example, for a pipe with an outer diameter of 25 mm, approximately 125 g of adhesive is needed for 100 bonded joints.
- Application Procedure:
- Surface Preparation: Ensure both surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease. Use a suitable cleaner if necessary.
- Adhesive Application: Apply a uniform layer of adhesive to both surfaces using a brush.
- Assembly: Join the parts immediately without twisting, ensuring proper alignment.
- Curing Time: Allow the joint to cure adequately before subjecting it to pressure. The exact curing time depends on the pipe dimensions and ambient conditions.
- Cleaning: Clean tools and any excess adhesive immediately after use with a suitable solvent.
